Some O.E. and replacement spark plugs do not have ribs on the porcelain insulator. Can result in plug leads binding to spark plug. Can also result in the leads "popping off" the spark plugs, as the air trapped inside can not escape as easily.

When obtaining new spark plugs, only buy those with ribs on the porcelain insulator.
